Clients who reserve an apartment at Northlight between 5 and 31 December will be treated to a luxury holiday worth £5k!
To celebrate the opening of our luxurious show apartment, we are giving away a £5,000 Virgin Holidays gift card to every client who reserves an apartment at Northlight this month only.
The show apartment, fitted out by Manchester furnishings company Loft, gives an insight into life at Northlight, offering clients the opportunity to envisage their new lifestyle there.
Already, over half of the 40 apartments in the first phase have been reserved, so interested parties are advised to act quickly to secure their dream home.
For the month of December 2019 only, anyone who reserves one of the remaining apartments will have an extra reason to sign on the dotted line, as we are offering you a £5,000 Virgin Holidays gift card when you reserve before the end of the month.
The gift card can be redeemed to toast your new home on a luxury holiday to the destination of your choice.
Originally built in 1832, the Grade II listed former cotton mill, known to many as Brierfield Mill or the former Smith and Nephew factory, is being redeveloped into stylish and contemporary two-bedroom apartments.
With prices starting from £139,950, clients can choose between countryside or courtyard views.
Countryside views span across Pendle Hill and the rolling hills of Lancashire.
With easy access just off the M65 motorway and a train station right across the road, Northlight apartments will offer easy access as well as a host of facilities on-site.

Every client who reserves an apartment at Northlight will receive a £5,000 Virgin Holidays gift card after they have paid the reservation fee and exchanged contracts. The gift card will be allocated following the exchange of contracts. This special offer is running for the month of December only, and cannot be applied to existing reservations or any made from 1 January 2020 onwards.
